Sired by the great Culture Shock and out of our #1 ranked sow (picture below) here at the farm, when it came time to name him, we felt this boar deserved something special and memorable.

With all of the outstanding Culture Shock sons across the country, we felt like this boar could get lost in the shuffle. Like the no-name, unheralded high school basketball player from Kansas who led Illinois to the Final Four and just signed a $45 million contract as the fifth overall pick in the NBA Draft, Keaton Wagler.

We feel very strongly that “Wagler” has the same upside if given the chance and opportunity. He will be utilized heavily around here and will be the featured sire in our Fall Bred Gilt Sale.
